This setting fixes any device for lagging if you have an issue with it. The setting might be difficult to fix or else.
If you want to know where can be done to fix it? It should be on folder game. Not your game settings.
To fix it, you must have downloaded some contained files that might be patch inside of the game.

After download, use it by your own risk to patch of files.
How to patch
Extract it, then cut a folder it should be on Android > data > com.tencent.ig > files > UE4Game > ShadowTrackerExtra > ShadowTrackerExtra there.
